This paid<\/strong> program offers hands-on experience and real-world education that will set you up for long-term success\u2014whether you dream of renting your own suite or building a fully booked schedule in a salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program breakdown<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three Phases of Growth<\/strong> \u2013 The program is structured in three phases<\/strong> to ensure steady progress in technical skills, business building, and confidence behind the chair.
Blonding & Extension Training<\/strong> \u2013 Work alongside experienced stylists specializing in all things blonde while mastering the latest techniques.
Social Media & Client Growth<\/strong> \u2013 Learn how to market yourself, attract dream clients, and keep your books full.
Personal Mentorship<\/strong> \u2013 The unique opportunity to assist Blonded by Janelle<\/strong> for 9 months, gaining direct experience from a successful stylist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a W-2, paid part time position<\/strong> at minimum wage<\/strong>, providing both education and income while you level up your skills. If you’re serious about launching a successful career in the beauty industry, this program will give you the foundation you need to thrive!<\/strong> At the end of the program you should be booking out on your own 2-4 days a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
